Where we deliver

We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If our delivery partners can't reach your PIN code, we'll tell you and cancel the order. You won't have paid anything.

How long it takes

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 5-8 days from the order date. Remote areas can take longer.

Cost

Delivery is free. The price you see is the price you pay.

Payment

All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the delivery person when the parcel arrives. We never ask for card or bank details.

Who delivers

Orders are shipped by our delivery partners. The courier name on the parcel may differ from Neat Nook.

If you can't accept the parcel

If you're not available, the courier usually tries again. If you no longer want the order, please tell us before it ships at [CONTACT PHONE] instead of refusing it at the door.
